Dear Leader,

For 15 years, I have worked with executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations across industries and continents. No matter the setting, one truth has always stood out: the demands on leaders today are greater than ever. The pace of change, the complexity of global teams, and the call for inclusion and equity are reshaping what it means to lead.

That is why I created FARSIGHT’s Signature Executive Coaching Program. This six-month journey is designed to do more than sharpen skills. It helps leaders step into clarity, expand their influence across differences, and build the resilience to inspire others even when conditions are uncertain.

Recently, I shared some of these perspectives in Forbes, where I wrote about what effective leadership looks like in times of change. The core message is simple: leaders cannot wait for stability. They must learn to navigate uncertainty with clarity, respect, and accountability. This program was built with that exact reality in mind.

My own path began in the performing arts, which gave me a deep foundation in presence, storytelling, and human connection. Over the years, I built on that foundation with training and certifications that allow me to coach leaders with both rigor and empathy. I am a Professional Certified Executive Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, and I hold certifications in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments, and Character Strengths Intervention. I am also a contributing member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and I was honored with the Diversity Award by the World Zoroastrian Organization for my work in advancing equity and inclusion globally.

What I have seen through this work is leaders transforming how they show up. Those who once felt reactive now make decisions with clarity. Those navigating cultural complexity now influence across differences with empathy and strength. Those facing disruption now find opportunity where others see only risk.

Frequently Asked Questions 

I just bought the 6-month package, now what?

  • You will receive a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours with an invitation to book your 45-minute introductory call with Farah. This is where you will get to share your growth-goals and hear more about the coaching process.

  • Following the introductory call you will receive an invitation email to take the Energy Leadership assessment, complete your pre-work and access to your secure folder.

  • Within 7-10 days of taking the assessment, you will receive your detailed report and scheduling information to book your first session with Farah. 

 

What can I expect in the Energy Leadership Assessment debrief?

  • You will gain an in-depth understanding of your unique ELI profile assessed against the 7 levels of Energy Leadership. We will then establish your goals and create your personalized roadmap to strengthen your self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and leadership capabilities in all areas of your life.

 

What tools and resources will I gain from this program?

  • The coaching program is designed to address and meet client goals. These can range anywhere from career transition, to promotion, to support in a new role, to leading an organization, to finding balance and well-being, starting a business, to enhancing influence, impact, communication, presence, and much more.

  • Tools and resources shared will depend on those goals. This is not a plug-n-play process, rather a highly tailored and personalized one to get clients to where they wish to be in their career. 

 

Are the coaching sessions conducted via a phone call or Zoom?

  • Coaching sessions are conducted over zoom. It is important  to have your camera on during session. If you do not have Zoom, we will explore other options.

 

When are the coaching sessions scheduled?

  • Sessions are scheduled M-F during EST working hours. However, we do offer extended weekday hours and weekends to accommodate our global client base. If you have a specific request, let Farah know about it during your introductory call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
